We recognize the sensitivity of some of your materials and the safety of your employees and or students. It is with this in mind that we ensure every single staff member at Complete undergoes a thorough police check before starting employment with Complete Commercial Cleaning.
TRAINING
Good and comprehensive training provides the basis for proper execution. At Complete our training is two-fold: Regular in-house training and seminar sessions
PRESENTATION AND MANNER
When you have visitors in your building, you like to know who they are. Complete cleaners wear their personal ID badges and Complete Commercial Cleaning company uniform at all times.
Our staffs are instructed to be pleasant, polite and helpful at all times.
OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

In addition, every individual site has a Team Leader who is responsible for that site. This sense of ownership and responsibility has a dramatic impact on the pride our on-duty cleaners take in their work.
